Join ARC (Adi Raheja and Co) as a Marketing Intern with a specialized foundation in Psychology. Located in our Baner office in Pune, this internship emphasizes a profound understanding of human behavior, decision-making processes, and communication strategies rather than typical growth tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply psychological theories and behavioral science models to develop impactful marketing materials and social media content.
- Analyze client and target audience profiles to identify motivations, drivers, and patterns influencing decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, draft, and launch campaigns across digital platforms.
- Conduct experiments to test different messaging based on behavioral nudges, assessing what engages the audience effectively.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship at the Pune location.
- Availability to start between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026, with a commitment of three months.
- Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in psychology-infused marketing.

Requirements
- Academic degree or robust background in Psychology or an integrated study combining Psychology and Marketing/Communications.

Compensation and Perks
