About the Internship
Join Dynamic Orbits Consultants as a Management Trainee Intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic boutique investment banking and management consulting environment. The firm focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and greenfield project facilitation while engaging clients across diverse sectors and locations.
Responsibilities
- Support the construction and updating of detailed financial models.
- Conduct comprehensive research on various industries, companies, and prevailing market trends by analyzing financial documents, industry reports, and other pertinent data sources.
- Assist in creating insightful client presentations that incorporate financial overviews, market analytics, and valuation data.
- Provide assistance to senior bankers throughout all phases of deal execution including due diligence, managing data rooms, and closing transactions.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, calendar coordination, and preparing expense documentation.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship commitment.
- Should be ready to start the internship anytime from September 22, 2026 to October 27, 2026.
- Available to dedicate three months to the internship program.
- Possess relevant skills and a strong interest aligned with the internship requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 20,000 and INR 30,000.
- Work schedule comprises five days per week.
