Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the loyalty application through accurate data entry and analysis using MS Excel.
• Develop compelling content across social media platforms to boost brand visibility and customer interaction.
• Assist in onboarding carpenters onto the loyalty app and provide ongoing support for app usage, reward redemptions, and related activities.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Partner with the marketing team to design and execute social media marketing initiatives.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and suggest areas for improvement.
• Help with content creation and scheduling of posts across various social media channels.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and adopt best practices to maintain an effective social media presence.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability for a full-time (in-office) internship for one month, commencing between August 16 and September 20, 2026.
• Good command of both English and Hindi, especially in verbal communication.
• Skills in social media marketing strategies and computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel.

Additional Details

• Number of openings: 1
• Stipend range: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month.
• Work schedule: Five days a week with an informal dress code.
• Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary package ranging from ₹200,000 to ₹250,000.
