Join Campus Aggregator as a Lead Generation intern and actively contribute to business expansion by leveraging your networking and outreach capabilities. You will engage with educational institutes and corporate recruiters, developing meaningful relationships that convert into recruitment opportunities. This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in market research and email marketing, as well as the ability to manage data effectively using MS Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research on targeted educational institutions to understand their pain points.
- Devise and implement effective outreach strategies tailored to these institutes.
- Represent Campus Aggregator professionally to build trust and partnerships through meetings and ongoing conversations.
- Maintain detailed communication records using Excel-based management information systems (MIS).
- Identify and connect with corporate recruiters aligned with courses offered on the LMS platform.
- Gather insights on recruitment trends, job descriptions, salary offerings, and candidate profiles desired by recruiters.
- Establish and nurture relationships to ensure recruitment mandates are directed to Campus Aggregator.
