About the Internship
This internship offers practical experience in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure within a dynamic broadcasting environment. Interns will provide basic IT assistance, assist in system setups and upkeep, and help troubleshoot network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hardware and software support to staff facing IT issues.
- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems.
- Engage in troubleshooting network and internet problems.
- Manage IT asset documentation and update records diligently.
- Liaise with external vendors or service providers for technical support as necessary.
- Support activities related to data backup and continuous system monitoring.
- Ensure prompt handling and resolution of routine IT tickets and queries.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be willing to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Available to start anytime from October 7, 2026, to November 11, 2026.
- Can engage for a period of three months without interruption.
- Possess relevant skills and a strong interest in IT network administration.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (B.Tech in IT or computer science preferred).
Skills and Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware systems and network basics.
- Understanding of software troubleshooting techniques.
- Problem-solving aptitude regarding IT and network challenges.
Compensation and Perks
- Stipend ranging between INR 19,000 and INR 20,000 per month.
