Currently, ArchScale Guild is creating India's pioneering web application tailored to aid architects and interior designers in managing project delivery, operations, and business growth more seamlessly.

Internship Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking talented individuals with experience in interior design or architecture who have worked with mid to large scale design firms or teams. Ideal candidates will understand the common operational challenges within these organizations and have a keen interest in developing solutions via process innovation and technology.

• Map and analyze comprehensive workflows involved in architecture and interior design projects, including client briefing, design development, bills of quantities (BOQs), procurement, onsite execution, approvals, and final handover. Identify key difficulties and propose improvements.
• Recognize everyday workflow challenges encountered by architects, designers, project managers, vendors, and clients such as communication issues, delays, redundancy, and data loss.
• Convert traditional industry methods into efficient digital workflows by defining project phases, roles, approval mechanisms, checklists, dependencies, and desired results.
• Conduct research on operational best practices from established architectural firms to discover simple, scalable models suitable for platform integration.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to pilot and assess solutions, ensuring digital workflows align with practical and intuitive organizational needs.

Eligibility and Additional Information

The opportunity is open to candidates available part-time for a 3-month period starting between September 17 and October 22, 2026.
