Internship Responsibilities
- Assist sales personnel in sourcing leads and pursuing potential clients.
- Engage with prospects to accurately capture their needs.
- Liaise with clients to supply pertinent property-related information.
- Participate actively in property tours and meetings with clients.
- Help in showcasing and endorsing residential as well as commercial real estate offerings.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential customers.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial lead absorption to closing deals.
- Develop and nurture meaningful connections with prospective clientele.
- Meet designated sales and performance benchmarks.
- Maintain precise documentation of lead statuses, follow-ups, and client communications.
