Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems for colleagues and clients.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the foundation’s website and its social media channels to ensure current and engaging content.
- Contribute to the rollout and enhancement of new information technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Investigate new tech trends and tools, offering insights and suggestions for potential deployment.
- Support data handling activities, including collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Offer training and ongoing assistance to staff in using various IT applications and software effectively.
