Internship Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist suitable Instagram influencers and content creators for brand partnership opportunities.
• Oversee the entire influencer onboarding process including outreach, negotiations, briefing, and formalizing agreements.
• Manage content schedules, briefs, and deliverables to guarantee punctual posting on Instagram.
• Monitor campaign success metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions; prepare straightforward performance reports.
• Help with reviewing and editing influencer-generated video content (Reels) to ensure alignment with brand guidelines prior to publication.
• Assist in adapting influencer content for reposting on the company’s Instagram feed and for advertising campaigns.
• Keep abreast of the latest Instagram trends, Reels innovations, and influencer marketing strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, onsite internship lasting 3 months.
• Candidates should be located in or around Delhi or Gurgaon.
• Availability to start the internship within the window from 4th September 2026 to 9th October 2026 is required.
• Individuals with relevant skills and interests in social media and influencer marketing are preferred.

• Stipend offered: INR 9,000 to 10,000 per month
