About the internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in designing creative playground solutions for children and adults. The role involves interpreting project briefs, conceptualizing ideas, and detailing designs of play spaces, products, and elements considering scale, human factors, materials, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze design briefs from the team and develop innovative concepts.
- Create detailed designs for spaces and play equipment, factoring in anthropometry and material feasibility.
- Conduct research on child development, play theories, and materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure projects are executed with quality and timeliness.
- Manage project timelines alongside project managers and handle multiple projects smoothly.
- Build and update a material library by sourcing new materials and collecting samples as guided by the design team.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore for six months, starting between September 11 and October 16, 2026.
- Suitable candidates should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in design.

Additional Information
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000. Working days are Monday through Friday with an informal dress code. Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
