Inbound Growth and SEO Specialist Internship

About the Internship

Join AAAMT to help build an inbound growth engine focused on attracting the right audience, educating with targeted high-intent content, and converting demand into qualified demo opportunities. We seek an intern to lead SEO, AEO, GEO, website expansion, content refinement, and organic lead generation for our SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for SaaS products.
• Perform comprehensive research on keywords, search intent, competitors, and content gaps using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Create thematic topic clusters including landing pages, comparison and solution pages, and content tailored to our ideal customer profile.
• Enhance content and website architecture for both traditional and AI-driven search engines.
• Improve technical and on-page SEO factors such as metadata, internal linking, schema markup, crawlability, indexing, and site structure.
• Establish backlink and domain authority-building initiatives to boost organic visibility.
• Monitor the entire customer acquisition funnel from search through engagement to qualified demos.
• Analyze various performance metrics including traffic sources, keyword ranking changes, landing page effectiveness, user behavior, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Create dashboards that clearly report drivers of visibility, qualified traffic, leads, and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations to ensure inbound leads are swiftly captured, routed, nurtured, and followed up.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship in Hyderabad.
• Available to start between September 25, 2026, and October 30, 2026.
• Commitment of six months is required.
• Relevant skills and passion for SEO, content optimization, and growth.

Additional Information

• Success will be measured through increased qualified organic traffic, enhanced search and AI visibility, improved website engagement, higher-quality inbound leads, and greater demo and pipeline generation.
• Key metrics include organic traffic quality, prioritized keyword rankings, AI search presence, non-branded traffic, landing page conversion rates, inbound lead qualification, demo bookings, lead-to-demo conversion ratios, and contribution to organic sales pipeline.
• Benefits include ownership of inbound growth strategies, opportunities for growth into broader organic demand-generation roles, hands-on experience with modern SEO and analytics tools, and direct impact on company revenue.
• A certificate and recommendation will be provided upon completion along with a possibility of transition to a full-time role for top performers.
• Performance-dependent stipend of up to ₹12,000 per month may be awarded after the initial three months.
• Work schedule is five days a week.
