About the Internship
This internship offers experience in various facets of Human Resources within a leading nightlife event ticketing platform. You will be involved in crucial HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee support, and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates by screening resumes, posting job vacancies, and arranging interview schedules.
- Facilitating new employee onboarding by handling necessary documentation and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Providing support to teams by responding to routine policy inquiries and promoting team engagement activities.
- Conducting preliminary phone interviews to verify candidate availability and fit for the role.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai.
- Available to commence the internship between September 7 and October 12, 2026.
- Willing to commit for the entire six-month duration of the internship.
- Possess relevant skills and interest in human resources activities.
Additional Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational competencies.
- Ready to begin the internship immediately upon selection.
