Join Voicedots Infotech as a Human Resources intern and collaborate with an energetic HR team within a fast-moving, innovative technology firm. This role distinctly requires excellent command of English in both oral and written forms to assist with a broad spectrum of HR duties and strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including creating job postings, screening candidate resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage and update HR documentation and databases in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate and support employee training and professional development programs.
- Contribute to HR projects focusing on employee engagement, performance evaluations, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Address employee questions and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Work alongside team members on special projects and organize events that foster an inclusive and positive workplace environment.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to work remotely.
- Available to begin the internship between October 1 and November 5, 2026.
- Available for the full 6-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interest in Human Resources.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000.
