This opportunity is for an HR Intern to actively contribute to recruitment and people operations within a dynamic digital marketing agency. The role involves practical experience, engaging directly with hiring and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish job advertisements across various job platforms such as Broxer and LinkedIn.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates through job portals.
- Assess resumes to select candidates who align with open positions.
- Conduct introductory HR interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills and basic suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain detailed candidate tracking systems using Google Sheets or Notion.
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding job role details, compensation, and expectations.
- Prepare and dispatch offer letters for successful candidates.
- Follow up to secure acceptance and complete necessary documentation.
- Support onboarding processes including welcoming new employees and providing guidance.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be able to work remotely and available to commence between October 2, 2026, and November 6, 2026, committing to a full six-month internship. Relevant skills and an interest in human resources and recruitment are essential.

Compensation and Benefits
