Internship Overview and Responsibilities

This internship involves daily tasks centered around talent acquisition and recruitment to support organizational growth. Key duties include:

• Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to strengthen the company's position as an industry leader.
• Managing recruitment processes via multiple tools and platforms to build a robust talent pool.
• Crafting and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies.
• Creating and updating precise job descriptions and specifications.
• Working closely with department heads to anticipate and address future hiring demands.
• Serving as the primary contact for candidates, fostering strong relationships throughout the selection procedure.
• Identifying, evaluating, and hiring candidates to fulfill company objectives and project needs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
• Must be able to commence the internship between October 28th, 2026, and December 2nd, 2026.
• Should commit to a 3-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.

Stipend and Benefits

• A monthly stipend of INR 10,000.
• Certificate upon completion.
• Letter of recommendation provided.
• Casual dress code during the internship.
