The role involves active participation in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement, providing vital support to the corporate HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions across corporate teams.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including document collection, verification, and maintaining accurate records in the employee systems.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, respond to common HR-related inquiries, and support tracking attendance and data preparation for HR reports.

Compensation and Benefits

Additional Information
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary of ₹600,000.
