About the Internship
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to engage deeply with core Human Resources functions tailored for an education platform managing student life and institutional infrastructure. You will work on projects incorporating technology and organizational development, assist with payroll processing, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the management of Technology and Organizational Development projects.
- Handle payroll operations ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Manage compliance activities related to human resource functions and statutory regulations.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
Applicants should be available to commit to a full-time, in-office internship lasting 6 months, commencing between September 18 and October 23, 2026. Candidates must be based in Mumbai and possess relevant skills particular to human resource systems and compliance. Preference will be given to individuals currently pursuing or holding an MBA with a focus on HR.
Stipend and Benefits
A monthly stipend of INR 15,000 will be provided. Additional advantages include a certificate of internship completion, a letter of recommendation upon successful completion, and a five-day workweek schedule.
