About the Role
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Growth Engineer intern to join our team in Gurgaon. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth analytics and marketing experimentation while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop impactful growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data through platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and basic business intelligence tools to identify actionable trends.
- Partner with teams to design and implement marketing experiments including A/B tests and funnel optimization aimed at improving user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Formulate and iterate on growth plans to enhance both immediate conversions and sustainable growth trajectories.
- Conduct thorough competitor and market research to identify emerging opportunities and best practices in the industry.
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor progress, pinpoint challenges, and recommend data-driven improvements.
