About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in the luxury creative sector, focusing on jewellery brand storytelling through multimedia content. Interns will contribute to crafting sophisticated visual marketing materials and managing digital campaigns that highlight modern luxury and heritage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling social media posts, banners, creatives, promotional materials, and campaign assets to support brand engagement.
• Edit and produce Instagram Reels, short videos, and promotional clips suitable for various social platforms.
• Conceptualize and develop video content from initial ideas and footage, ensuring high engagement with target audiences.
• Manage social media accounts including content uploads, scheduling, caption writing, and daily interaction with platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Support content calendar creation and assist in the planning of social media campaigns and creative concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency by aligning all visuals and video productions with clients' style guidelines and identities.
• Keep abreast of current trends in social media, design formats, video styles, and emerging digital content innovations.
• Collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Candidate Eligibility and Required Skills

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between October 11 and November 15, 2026, for a duration of six months.
• Open to female students or professionals aiming to start or relaunch their careers in creative design and social media marketing.
• Competence in graphic design principles and visual composition techniques is essential.
• Experience or familiarity with video editing tools and social media content creation is required.
• Ability to create captivating social media visuals and short videos.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Proficiency or knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and CapCut is advantageous.
• Strong creativity, keen attention to detail, an eagerness to learn, and a proactive work ethic are important attributes.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work will be beneficial.
• Personal laptop ownership is mandatory.
• Comfortable working onsite Monday through Saturday.

Additional Information

• Working schedule includes Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with Sundays and government-declared festivals off.
• The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 6,000 to INR 16,000 based on individuals' skill levels and creativity.
• The office is located near Sagar Hospital on Tilak Nagar Main Road, Bengaluru.
