Compensation and Benefits

• Stipend ranges from INR 8,000 to 14,000 monthly, comprising a fixed component of INR 5,000 to 7,000 and an incentive component of INR 3,000 to 7,000.
• Successful interns may receive a formal job offer with an annual starting salary between INR 200,000 and 250,000.
