This internship at Alstenia offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design within a dynamic digital agency environment. The intern will contribute to designing engaging creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, develop high-quality product images for e-commerce and promotional use, and support content planning and management across social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual creatives tailored for Meta advertising platforms to drive performance.
- Design and produce attractive, professional product images for listings and marketing materials.
- Assist in the planning, creation, and management of social media content to amplify brand engagement and reach.
Candidate Profile
- Availability for full-time, in-office internship for 6 months with start dates between September 8, 2026, and October 13, 2026.
- Possess relevant graphic design skills and a genuine interest in digital marketing.

Required Skills
- Fundamental to advanced understanding of UI/UX principles and graphic design concepts.
- Ability to generate high-quality, realistic images using AI image generation tools.
- Proficient prompt engineering skills for effective use of AI tools to ensure consistent creative outputs.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Canva for professional-grade marketing creative development and editing.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and design platforms including Figma.

Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 11,000. Successful interns will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a job offer upon successful completion.
Additional Information
- Following successful conversion to a full-time employee, the expected annual salary ranges between INR 200,000 and 300,000.
