About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in creating original graphic designs for various client brands. Interns will engage in designing social media visuals, festival creatives, promotional materials, advertisements, and branding assets while adhering closely to each client's brand guidelines. Essential daily activities involve task prioritization, collaborative coordination with content and video teams, iterative design revisions, and quality checks before submission to ensure accuracy, creativity, and branding consistency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and discuss daily tasks and deadlines in collaboration with the team to achieve clear understanding and proper prioritization.
• Design visual content including social media posts, carousels, stories, promotional offers, and advertisements tailored to client brands.
• Maintain fidelity to each client's branding elements such as logos, colors, fonts, and layout styles.
• Generate innovative design concepts aligned with the target audience and marketing objectives of clients.
• Prepare creatives optimized for multiple platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Stories.
• Work in tandem with content creators and video teams to ensure cohesive campaign material.
• Implement feedback by revising designs promptly within agreed timelines.
• Conduct final checks on spelling, layout, image resolution, branding accuracy, and export dimensions before submission.
• Organize editable files and finalized outputs systematically for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Provide daily progress updates, highlight any potential delays proactively, and submit completed tasks for review.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Vadodara during standard working hours.
• Should be able to start between 13th October 2026 and 17th November 2026 with a commitment of 6 months duration.
• Applicants must reside in Vadodara and possess relevant skills and interest in graphic design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating original graphics.
• Strong foundational knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience designing social media visuals, logos, branding assets, and advertising materials.
• Capability in image editing, retouching, and vector graphic creation.
• Ability to create completely original designs rather than relying solely on templates or Canva.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and integrate feedback constructively.
• A portfolio showcasing candidate-created original design work is mandatory.
• Commitment to continual learning, including the application of AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and design quality.

Compensation and Additional Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between ₹7,000 and ₹20,000. Successful interns may receive a job offer with an anticipated annual salary of ₹250,000 upon conversion to a permanent role.
