About the Internship

Join Gritsa Technologies as a Full Stack Development intern, where you'll engage in developing features for both client-facing and internal products by leveraging agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Codex. Your role involves translating ambiguous requirements into precise specifications, breaking tasks down effectively, and defining clear acceptance tests executable by AI agents. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing AI-generated code to ensure quality and reliability, taking full ownership of every line committed.

You'll design and build web applications utilizing technologies such as Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL, troubleshoot and debug issues analytically rather than relying on trial-and-error prompts. Writing and maintaining tests to validate AI-generated outputs will be part of your workflow. Additionally, you'll contribute to open source projects on GitHub through actual pull requests, participate in code review sessions providing and receiving candid feedback, and stay informed on evolving AI tooling trends, sharing insights with the team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship starting between September 29, 2026, and November 3, 2026
• Commitment to a six-month tenure
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in software development
• Open especially to women aiming to initiate or resume their careers
• Preferred candidates are Computer Science Engineering, MCA students, or those with strong portfolios demonstrating capability

Requirements and Skills

• Strong passion for software development, motivated to build proactively
• Excellent logical reasoning skills capable of dissecting problems and identifying coding errors
• Experience using coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor on real projects
• Openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly when mistakes occur
• Aspiring to establish a career as an AI-stack engineer

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹11,000 to ₹16,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹9,000 to ₹12,000 plus an incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹4,000.
