Internship Overview

This role offers a six-month full-time, on-site internship based in Bangalore. Selected interns will work on building and enhancing comprehensive full-stack applications, engaging with everything from user interface development to backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine full-stack solutions covering frontend interfaces, server-side logic, APIs, data processing, and cloud environments.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to speed coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and learning.
• Integrate advanced AI features by working with large language models, external APIs, retrieval systems, and autonomous workflows.
• Experiment with emerging AI frameworks and developer tools, incorporating effective ones into daily engineering practices.
• Write secure, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code while making prudent engineering decisions.
• Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product managers through code reviews, technical discussions, and iterative delivery cycles.
• Demonstrate initiative by owning projects from concept through to usable implementations.

Candidate Profile

• Solid fundamentals in programming, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Competence in at least one programming language, with agility to learn new languages and frameworks swiftly.
• Foundational understanding of software/web development concepts such as APIs, databases, and version control systems.
• Demonstrable enthusiasm for software creation—through personal projects, hackathons, coursework, or open source contributions.
• Strong curiosity and proactive habit of leveraging technology to learn and innovate, especially in AI domains.
• Effective communication skills, teamwork, ownership mindset, and receptiveness to feedback.
• While prior experience with Generative AI is not obligatory, a strong desire to learn and build AI applications is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend or backend libraries/frameworks such as React and Node.js.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, and exposure to cloud platforms and both relational and vector databases.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, AI agent frameworks, or AI system evaluation techniques is advantageous.

Who Should Apply

This internship is ideal for full-time Computer Science Engineering students who will be available on-site in Bangalore, starting between September 4, 2026, and October 9, 2026, for a full six-month duration with relevant skills and interests aligned to the role.

Compensation and Perks

Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend in the range of INR 20,000 to 25,000. Benefits include a certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, an informal dress code, working five days per week, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
