Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential speakers including founders, SaaS executives, investors, and decision-makers relevant to Koot's initiatives.
• Develop and sustain a targeted pipeline of speakers aligned with key focus areas.
• Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and professional networks to invite prospective participants.
• Manage communication professionally, including follow-ups and coordination on scheduling and logistics for podcasts and events.
• Perform thorough background research on guests’ companies and expertise prior to recordings.
• Maintain updated tracking databases and CRM systems documenting outreach activities and responses.
• Collaborate closely with company founders to prioritize high-impact guests and understand emerging trends.
• Support relationship-building efforts across startup founders, enterprise leaders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Continuously improve outreach workflow, messaging templates, and guest acquisition methods.
• Help expand Koot's professional network and elevate thought leadership through active participation in ecosystem engagement.
• Monitor and report key metrics including outreach volume, response rates, confirmed speakers, and relationship quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Available to work remotely and can begin between August 19 and September 23, 2026.
• Commitment to a 2-month internship duration.
• Possess strong research, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in spoken and written English.
• Motivated by interests in the startup ecosystem, SaaS, enterprise technologies, podcasts, and professional networking.
