About the Internship

iFUR seeks an energetic and adaptable intern to join the Founder's Office, playing a crucial role in driving strategic planning, cross-team coordination, business operations, and branding efforts. This position offers exposure to the workings of a dynamic furniture and interiors startup, providing insights into strategy, marketing, customer experience, and brand building.

Primary Duties

• Support the Founder with daily schedule and priority tasks management.
• Organize meetings, calls, and ensure follow-ups are completed timely.
• Create business documents including reports, presentations, and notes from meetings.
• Monitor key action items ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the Founder.
• Assist in managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.

• Contribute to implementation and monitoring of critical business strategies.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, industries, and customers.
• Interpret business data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and operations teams to streamline efforts.
• Identify gaps in operations and help develop effective solutions.
• Track project timelines, key performance indicators, and deliverable completion.

• Assist in the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Work closely with creative, content, performance marketing, and design departments.
• Support initiatives such as social media campaigns, website updates, new product launches, and promotions.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Suggest ideas to boost campaigns, content engagement, and brand development.
• Support targeted performance marketing efforts including Meta and Google advertising.

• Coordinate with creative professionals including designers, photographers, and content creators.
• Manage creative requirements and ensure campaign assets are delivered on schedule.
• Review marketing materials to align with iFUR's premium brand identity.
• Help develop product presentations, social media graphics, website banners, and promotional collateral.
• Bring innovative creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
• Able to operate confidently in a fast-paced startup environment, juggling multiple responsibilities.
• Interest in business, strategy, marketing, design, and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent aesthetic sense aligned with brand presentation standards.
• Experience directly collaborating with senior leadership.
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision to initiate and execute tasks.
• 0 to 2 years work experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, Notion, or similar productivity applications is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Internship or experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, or Design beneficial.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, analytics, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Passion for startups, furniture, interiors, design, and consumer brands is preferred.

Additional Information

• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to 20,000, including a fixed amount of INR 10,000 to 15,000 plus incentives of INR 2,000 to 5,000.
• Interns will enjoy a casual dress environment.
• This opportunity is based onsite in Gurgaon, Haryana.
