Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed expense records along with all pertinent supporting documentation.
- Organize, examine, and process all incoming invoices efficiently.
- Manage subscription services including payment plans and renewals systematically.
- Keep digital records precise and organized for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Provide assistance with routine administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Communicate clearly and coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure task completion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to a six-month duration.
- Available to commence internship between October 6, 2026, and November 10, 2026.
- Possess relevant skills or a strong interest in finance, operations, and administrative functions.
Required Skills and Attributes
