Biotastic Health Systems, a leading recovery and wellness technology company in India, is seeking a meticulous Finance Intern to assist in maintaining precise financial records, managing daily accounting functions, and ensuring the organization's books are audit-ready.
Responsibilities
- Document daily financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries using Tally software.
- Perform bank statement reconciliations along with vendor and customer ledger reviews.
- Track receivables, payables, and expenses efficiently using Excel spreadsheets.
- Generate weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing expenses, cash balance, and ledger summaries.
- Organize and maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and GST/TDS documentation to support Chartered Accountant and audit processes.
- Detect and resolve discrepancies, missing bills, and duplicate entries promptly to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Tally and foundational accounting entries.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Educational background including B.Com or BBA in Finance, or candidates currently pursuing CA Intermediate or CMA qualifications.
- Previous internship experience in finance or accounting is advantageous.
