About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to lead the entire process of client acquisition for Loadshare Networks Private Limited, focusing on sourcing, pitching to, and onboarding merchants to their logistics platform until they are capable of running deliveries independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and personally visit prospective merchant clients within designated areas, utilizing pre-curated lead lists.
- Engage in detailed needs assessment discussions with business owners to understand their logistics challenges and current delivery solutions.
- Effectively communicate Loadshare's value offerings, custom-tailored to meet each merchant's needs, and handle objections professionally to secure sign-ups.
- Manage onboarding including documentation, app configuration, and familiarization for new merchants.
- Train merchants on order placement, delivery tracking, billing, and account usage.
- Assist merchants through their initial deliveries ensuring smooth operation before handing over to support teams.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of outreach, lead status, objections, and feedback to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with operations by sharing on-ground insights and client feedback to enhance products and services.
- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline within assigned regions, prioritizing high-potential clients and revisiting interested leads.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship from September 8 to October 13, 2026, lasting 3 months.
- Applicants must reside in Bangalore and be able to commute to South Bengaluru daily.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle are mandatory.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork involving face-to-face client interactions and resilient to rejection.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to precise data collection and documentation.
- Honest and detail-focused approach to maintaining data integrity over inflated reporting.
- Good proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
- Preferred background in commerce, business, or operations.
- Adeptness at adapting to dynamic work environments typical of startups.
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to the full internship tenure are essential.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹75,000, comprising a fixed pay component of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 and an incentive pay component from ₹2,000 up to ₹50,000.
- Additional perks include certificate of internship completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, informal dress code, and a five-day workweek.
