About the Role
Stareye Media & Entertainment is a production and casting agency dedicated to promoting junior and senior models for e-commerce and other platforms. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Fashion Consultant Intern to join our styling team. This internship involves assisting with developing styling concepts, wardrobe management, and supporting on-set shoots and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in designing coherent fashion themes and styling concepts for photo shoots and client assignments.
- Plan and assemble complete outfits aligned with themes, briefs, and shoot requirements.
- Manage and organize all wardrobe components including clothing, accessories, and footwear.
- Coordinate outfit selections, fittings, and alterations before and during shoots.
- Support sourcing efforts for clothes and styling materials needed for projects.
- Develop mood boards and create visual references to inspire upcoming projects.
- Work closely with photographers, models, makeup artists, and the creative team throughout assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of wardrobe items and styling assets.
- Ensure all clothing and accessories are well-maintained, packed properly, and returned post-shoots.
- Provide styling assistance on set including last-minute outfit modifications when necessary.
- Keep abreast of current fashion trends, colors, and styles relevant to styling.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative looks for diverse types of shoots.

- Creative aptitude for color coordination and outfit assembly.
- Understanding of fashion styling and coordination principles.

Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Start Date: Immediate availability required
- Location: Ambala, with candidates from Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Zirakpur, and Mohali also eligible
- Work Schedule: Six days per week, Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Stipend: INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per month
- Dress Code: Informal

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be able to commit full-time in-office hours, start between September 4, 2026, and October 9, 2026, and be available throughout the six-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills or keen interest in fashion styling and must be from the specified locations.
