About the Internship
You will engage daily in activities designed to assist customers and maintain high store standards at Marks and Spencer. You will learn to provide excellent customer service, assist in visual merchandising, and support store operations including stocking and cashier duties. This internship offers hands-on training to help you grow your skills within the fashion retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly, listen attentively to their preferences, and guide them to appropriate products.
- Contribute to maintaining store aesthetics by assisting with product displays and handling merchandise carefully.
- Follow store procedures including stocking, housekeeping, and lettering cashier assistance when required.
- Participate in training sessions aimed at skill enhancement and professional growth.
