Internship Role and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to daily customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Provide expert guidance on styling, product fitting, and fashion-related questions leveraging your fashion knowledge.
- Handle operational duties such as monitoring orders, following up on processes, and liaising with internal teams.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication across all customer interaction points.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Support day-to-day operational workflows to guarantee a consistently positive customer experience.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months.
- Internship start date should be between September 4, 2026 and October 9, 2026.
- Only candidates residing in Delhi are eligible to apply.
- Should have a background in fashion through formal education, work experience, or relevant industry exposure.
- Basic knowledge and skills in MS Office and Google Workspace are required.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage day-to-day operational responsibilities effectively.
