Role Overview and Responsibilities
The internship involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various industry events such as conferences, exhibitions, and corporate functions. Daily activities include liaising with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, vendors, and internal teams to manage event logistics and onsite execution. Interns will maintain critical event documentation such as databases, schedules, and communication logs, while handling creative tasks like designing event graphics, social media posts, banners, and invitations through tools like Canva and Adobe. Additionally, the role requires producing and editing visual content such as videos and Reels to support campaigns and promotional activities. The intern will assist marketing efforts by managing social media content and contributing to branding elements including stall design, signage, and certificates. Effective multitasking and adherence to deadlines with high-quality output are essential.
Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship starting between August 18 and September 22, 2026, with a commitment of three months. Relevant skills and genuine interest in event management and graphic design are mandatory. The internship is designed for candidates who can work from the Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad locations.
