About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in event field marketing, specifically involving the Bengaluru Tech Summit held at BIEC. Over two weeks, interns will be actively engaged in both preparatory training and live event execution activities. The role focuses on representing Latbase, a product brand developed and managed by White Blink Private Limited, interacting with visitors, and managing event logistics and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Work full-time for 2 weeks (9 to 20 November 2026) to support Latbase’s booth at the Bengaluru Tech Summit and accompanying side events geared towards founders.
- Attend in-person training at White Blink’s Bellandur office during the first week to learn about company products, services, and pitching techniques, and assist with event preparations.
- Participate at the booth at BIEC (Tumkur Road) and attend various side events scattered across nearby areas in the second week.
- Greet visitors at the booth, initiate interactions, and provide clear explanations about Latbase products.
- Manage visitor engagement activities to attract and retain attention.
- Support customers visiting the booth by addressing their inquiries and needs.
- Oversee side-event attendees by welcoming, guiding, and attending to their comfort.
- Handle the entire logistics of side events from setup through to wrap-up.
- Record visitor information and requirements for subsequent follow-ups by the team.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 2 weeks between 24 October and 28 November 2026.
- Residency in Bangalore with the ability to commute to Bellandur and BIEC (Tumkur Road).
- Proficiency in spoken English; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is advantageous.
- Confidence in approaching strangers and engaging with business professionals.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, college festivals, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Dependable, punctual, and well-organized with a professional attitude.
- Genuine interest in marketing, sales, event management, or startup environments.
- Open to college students and recent graduates.
