Variabl is an innovative AI-powered financial operating system crafted for over 20 million independent creators, freelancers, and solopreneurs in India. The platform helps users issue invoices, monitor income, manage brand collaborations, automate tax processes, and access real-world benefits via a sophisticated AI assistant tailored for the independent professional ecosystem.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Email Marketing Intern who will be directly involved with the founders, gaining firsthand exposure to customer acquisition, business development, partnerships, and growth strategies within a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target segments including freelancers, creators, consultants, and agencies that could benefit from using Variabl, engaging primarily via Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and telephone calls.
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the founding team.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure sustained engagement with potential clients.
- Manage lead details efficiently within CRM and other tracking tools.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and gathering their feedback.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics.
- Collaborate closely with company founders on business development and growth initiatives.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore starting between October 7, 2026, and November 11, 2026.
- The internship tenure is six months.
- Applicants should demonstrate relevant skills and a keen interest in sales and growth roles.
