About the Internship

This internship involves managing and optimizing product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company’s website. The role includes uploading product images and setting competitive prices, leveraging AI tools to conduct keyword research, and improving product titles, bullet points, and backend keywords to enhance visibility.

Daily duties include monitoring orders, stock levels, suppressed listings, pricing, Buy Box status, and customer feedback. The intern will also play a key role in implementing promotional campaigns, managing marketplace ads through keyword management and bid adjustments, and maintaining detailed sales and inventory tracking using Excel or Google Sheets.

Additional responsibilities include preparing creative briefs for the design team, reviewing marketing creatives, handling customer inquiries and returns, supporting new product launches, and keeping track of competitor pricing and promotions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
• Available to start between October 14, 2026, and November 18, 2026.
• Ready to engage for a six-month duration.
• Possess relevant skills and demonstrate interest in e-commerce operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation in any field; an MBA or certification in e-commerce is advantageous.
• Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in written English for product listing creation and marketplace communication.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in daily workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accountable for tracking numerical data, and driven to meet daily goals.

• Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month.
