About the Internship
We invite motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as E-commerce Interns. This role involves supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations including managing product listings, updating inventories, processing orders, and handling various marketplace functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and additional e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create and update product information such as titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, and specifications.
- Help optimize product catalogues to enhance listing visibility and performance.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, order processing, cancellations, and returns.
- Support promotional activities including deals, discounts, and advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms.
- Perform basic keyword research and analyze competitors to inform listing strategies.
- Track sales figures, performance indicators, and marketplace data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Identify and report listing errors, account notifications, and customer feedback to relevant teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments for product updates, inventory status, and order-related issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets at a basic level.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, online retail, and marketplace management.
- Excellent analytical thinking, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub is advantageous.
