About the Internship
This internship opportunity at Rahnee involves significant hands-on work in preparing detailed 2D technical drawings and documentation tailored to the needs of various projects. You will develop comprehensive working plans including floor plans, elevations, sections, and cross-sections to facilitate precise project execution. Additionally, you will work on creating furniture layouts and spatial planning for both residential and commercial interiors, as well as specialized drawings such as reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) and mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) layouts as required.
Responsibilities
- Create precise 2D technical drawings aligned with project standards and requirements.
- Develop detailed working drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, cross-sections, and furniture layouts.
- Prepare RCPs, MEP layouts, and other necessary technical diagrams for interior design projects.
- Incorporate feedback from design modifications, clients, and site conditions with accuracy into drawings.
- Update drawings in accordance with site measurements and evolving project details.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all drawings.
- Maintain orderly documentation, version control, naming conventions, and revision histories.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Internship start date should be within 8th October 2026 to 12th November 2026.
- Availability for a 2-month duration is mandatory.
- Must possess relevant skills and genuine interest in interior design drafting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD is essential.
- Basic knowledge of interior design drawings and drafting conventions.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical drawing work.
- Capability to understand and work with dimensions and technical schematics.
Additional Information
- Stipend offered ranges between ₹5,000 and ₹8,000 per month.
- Selected interns will receive a certificate upon completion.
