Key Responsibilities

• Create and customize engaging Marathi-language content including copies, captions, and scripts across digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design visually appealing social media posters and carousel posts utilizing fundamental design tools.
• Develop, film, and edit concise video content formats, notably Instagram Reels.
• Utilize artificial intelligence technologies for generating voiceovers, videos, and other content to enhance production efficiency.
• Support content scheduling, publication, and management of digital calendars.
• Continuously monitor evolving digital trends and experiment with AI-driven marketing tools to boost audience engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Marathi is essential.
• Basic familiarity with leading social media platforms.
• Introductory knowledge of Canva and graphic design principles.
• Fundamental skills in creating Reels and other short-form video content.
• Experience or interest in leveraging AI-powered content creation tools is advantageous.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant passion and skillsets.

Additional Information

This opportunity is exclusively for candidates based in Hyderabad, available on a full-time in-office basis, starting between October 9, 2026, and November 13, 2026, for a three-month term.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend range: ₹12,000 to ₹14,000
