Internship Role Overview

This internship provides hands-on experience managing content creation and social media channels, executing marketing campaigns, operating various marketing technology tools, and adopting AI-enabled workflows. The intern will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management using marketing automation and campaign platforms, troubleshooting and operating tools related to SEO, CMS, and social media, and exploring emerging AI and marketing technologies to evaluate their relevance and utility. You will also identify unaddressed marketing challenges and propose innovative solutions, document learnings from new tools and strategies, and provide general marketing assistance including minor website updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for multiple channels and maintain an active social media presence with appropriate tools.
• Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns fully utilizing automation and reporting tools.
• Engage deeply with core marketing technologies including automation platforms, social media management, SEO/AEO software, and CMS.
• Integrate AI tools seamlessly into daily marketing tasks as a primary resource.
• Continuously explore and test new AI, data, and agentic marketing tools, forming informed opinions on their value.
• Proactively identify and propose solutions for gaps within existing marketing processes.
• Document testing outcomes and insights on new tools and approaches to share knowledge across the team.
• Support ongoing marketing efforts and perform small website fixes independently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between August 27, 2026, and October 6, 2026.
• Applicants must commit to a 6-month duration and be based in Bangalore.
• Applicants should already possess relevant skills and a strong interest in digital marketing technologies.

Other Requirements

• Strong writing proficiency and experience managing social media daily.
• Hands-on experience with at least one key marketing technology: automation platform, social media management, SEO/AEO tools, or CMS.
• Comfort and previous practical usage of AI tools focused on content creation and marketing.
• Readiness to take full ownership of campaigns and assume growing responsibilities.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹25,000.
• Certificate of completion awarded upon internship conclusion.
• Flexible working hours and a casual dress code.
• Workweek of five days.
