About the Internship
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to engage in various digital marketing activities including social media content creation and ad management, focused primarily on Instagram and Facebook platforms. Interns will leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to generate creative content and manage campaigns, with responsibilities spanning content execution, ad testing, video production, analytics, and funnel tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish engaging Instagram posts, reels, stories, and carousels using AI-powered idea generation and scriptwriting tools.
- Assist in managing daily Instagram and Facebook ads, create new creatives, perform A/B testing, and monitor metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Create visual content using Canva and AI-based video/image tools for advertisements, UGC-style videos, and educational skincare content.
- Track and analyze website traffic, Meta Pixel events, WhatsApp inquiries, and conversion funnels to identify customer drop-off points.
- Maintain a daily dashboard to monitor ad spend, reach, clicks, leads, CAC/CPL, and sales; use AI analytics to recommend growth experiments.

Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month, comprised of a fixed pay between ₹10,000 and ₹20,000 and an incentive pay between ₹2,000 and ₹5,000 monthly.
