This opportunity goes beyond traditional digital marketing roles by providing hands-on experience working closely with the founder on areas including social media management, content creation, brand growth, market research, storytelling, and business execution. You'll operate in a multifaceted role, contributing to multiple functions that drive the startup's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly on expanding the brand's presence across various platforms.
- Participate in research and business analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and positioning.
- Explore new partnerships and growth opportunities to enhance the startup ecosystem.
- Develop ideas and prepare compelling presentations for strategic initiatives.
- Support the founder with key projects requiring cross-team coordination.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through completion, managing tasks independently, especially when the founder is unavailable.
- Be proactive in solving problems without predefined job boundaries, showing initiative to get things done.

Additional Information
- This role is a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore, lasting 6 months starting immediately.
- Stipend ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month, including a fixed monthly base pay of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 plus performance-linked incentives of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.
- The internship offers flexibility with 5-day work weeks and flexible working hours.
- Upon completion, interns receive a certificate along with a letter of recommendation.
