Data Entry Intern

We are looking for a Data Entry & Content Writing Associate to assist with day-to-day data management and content-related tasks using modern generative AI tools.

This is a practical role suitable for someone with good basic computer skills who is comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, web applications, and AI-based tools. No advanced technical or programming knowledge is required.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and organize information accurately in spreadsheets, documents, and online platforms.

• Collect and organize basic information from provided sources and maintain it in the required format.

• Review data for missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
• Create and edit basic written content using generative AI tools.
• Use AI tools to generate drafts, summaries, descriptions, and other content as required.
• Review AI-generated content and make necessary corrections to ensure it is accurate, clear, and well-written.
• Work with Google Docs and Microsoft Word to create, edit, and format documents.
• Follow given formats, guidelines, and instructions while completing tasks.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across data and content.
• Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers and web applications.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Word, including creating, editing, formatting, and saving documents.

• Good typing and data-entry skills.

• Basic written English and ability to communicate clearly.

• Comfortable using generative AI tools such as Chat GPT or similar platforms.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• No coding or advanced technical knowledge is required.
