Cars24 Services Private Limited is seeking an energetic Customer Service/Customer Support intern to join their Gurgaon office. This role is excellent for candidates fluent in written English and proficient in spoken Hindi. It offers a valuable chance to develop communication abilities and gain hands-on experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer assistance using phone, email, and chat platforms, effectively managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Liaise with internal departments to escalate and monitor customer concerns, ensuring timely solutions.
- Support the maintenance of precise customer records to document interactions and feedback comprehensively.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to identify patterns and recommend ways to improve the overall client experience.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service knowledge and product understanding.
- Foster a cooperative work atmosphere by actively participating and promoting teamwork among colleagues.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship at the Gurgaon location.
- Immediate availability to start between October 21, 2026, and November 25, 2026.
- Commitment to complete the three-month internship duration.
