About the Internship
Redwood Algorithms presents an opportunity for a Creative Design intern to develop practical skills and contribute creatively within a digital marketing environment. This internship is based in Bangalore and requires full-time, in-office availability for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the design team to produce impactful graphics and multimedia content tailored for the company's website and social media channels.
- Leverage proficiency in WordPress and Wix platforms to regularly update and enrich the company website with interactive design features.
- Support the design and creation of striking marketing collateral using Canva and similar design applications to boost brand visibility.
- Deploy AI Video Generation technologies to craft compelling video content as part of marketing initiatives.
- Experiment with Generative AI tools to innovate and enhance the company's overall design approach.
- Prepare detailed storyboards and narratives that effectively convey the company's brand story and engage the target audience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm and implement creative design strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be from Bangalore and able to commit full-time in-office presence.
- Availability to start between October 14, 2026, and November 21, 2026, for a 3-month duration.
- Proven skills in WordPress, Wix, Canva, Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, AI Video Generation, Generative AI tools, Storyboarding, UI & UX design, and Storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating AI-enhanced designs, animations, and website projects.
- Experience designing creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices and Gen AI SEO techniques.
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage projects, taking ownership akin to a business partner.
