About the Internship
As a Design Intern at Trill Route, you will contribute significantly to the creative and marketing initiatives of a prestigious music education institute located in Bangalore. This role is ideal for those passionate about graphic design and marketing who want practical experience and to shape the institute's visual branding and promotional campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in photographing and videotaping events and sessions, ensuring high-quality capture of institute activities.
- Edit and improve photographic and video content for use across various marketing channels and online platforms.
- Maintain an organized digital library of media resources for efficient accessibility.
- Create appealing marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, and digital social media graphics that align with the brand image.
- Design engaging visuals for special programs and events to attract and inform prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and craft social media campaigns, including graphic creation and post scheduling.
- Engage with the audience by monitoring social media comments and messages and responding as necessary.
- Brainstorm and execute creative concepts alongside the marketing and design teams to enhance branding and promotional efforts.
- Support the drafting and refinement of branding and design guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Perform additional design-related duties to assist the team’s objectives as required.

Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between ₹10,001 and ₹20,000, composed of a fixed pay segment of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 and an incentive segment of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000. Additional perks include a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, a casual dress code, five working days per week, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
