About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on exposure to creative design and visual communication within a leading Southeast Asian bank's digital innovation hub in Bangalore. Interns will be instrumental in producing a variety of digital and print materials, collaborating across teams, and contributing to brand-aligned internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually engaging posters, newsletters, mailers, and other digital assets using design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Create, edit, and proofread compelling written content for internal campaigns, announcements, and events.
- Maintain brand uniformity by ensuring all creative output adheres to MBB Labs' branding guidelines.
- Support small UI/UX design initiatives and prototype improvements for internal platforms.
- Assist in designing communication materials for employee engagement events and company celebrations.
- Coordinate with departments including HR and operations to gather requirements and deliver creative content within deadlines.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling, exploring formats such as infographics, interactive content, and short videos.
- Organize and archive design assets, templates, and previous campaign materials systematically for easy access.
