The intern will identify cross-promotion opportunities, research potential leads, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure adherence to established standard operating procedures.
Role Responsibilities
- Investigate content concepts and analyze industry trends and competitor activity.
- Create and disseminate newsletters to engage the audience effectively.
- Transform newsletter content into posts tailored for LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Explore online communities for identifying methods to enhance growth.
- Find and evaluate newsletter cross-promotion and outreach opportunities.
- Carry out lead research and maintain well-organized tracking spreadsheets.
- Perform competitive assessments and manage marketing resource databases.
- Follow SOPs rigorously and maintain timely documentation updates.
Candidate Profile
- Must have strong capabilities in research and organizational tasks.
- Excellent written communication skills in English are necessary.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Docs for documentation and data management.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, content marketing, and social media platforms is essential.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is considered a plus.
