Key Responsibilities

• Design and assist with short-form video content production such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Perform research on viral trends, popular audio, relevant hashtags, and emerging content styles.
• Contribute to content shoots, strategic planning, and basic content creation tasks.
• Maintain consistency with the brand's tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Analyze competitors and discover new opportunities for content innovation and trend adaptation.
• Take full responsibility for assigned assignments and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow social media content creators to enhance outreach and engagement.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• Open to students, freshers, or recent graduates from fields such as Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, English, or related disciplines.
• Applicants should possess a strong passion for content creation, digital marketing, and social media dynamics.
• Proactive, creative individuals eager to learn and adapt are preferred.
• Basic familiarity with Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends is expected.
• Interest or experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini is advantageous.
• Possession of a content portfolio, active social media presence, college projects, or sample works will be considered a plus.
• Women who aspire to start or restart their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
• This is a remote internship; applicants must be ready to work from home and be available to start between September 22 and October 27, 2026, for a total duration of four months.

Additional Details

• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 7,000 to INR 12,000.
