Join Mantraa as a Content Creator Intern where you will harness your creative talents in content management, marketing, and video production. Gain practical experience by producing captivating content for our social media channels and website.
Primary Duties
- Represent Mantraa on camera daily for video advertisements, reels, and social media content.
- Independently capture video footage using your personal smartphone, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes clips, lifestyle visuals, and advertisements.
- Edit videos for Meta advertisements as well as social media reels, stories, and posts utilizing tools such as CapCut or VN.
- Generate engaging and culturally relevant reels by keeping up with the latest Instagram trends, sounds, and formats.
- Design static content, carousels, and other graphics with Canva or AI-based design tools.
- Independently produce final polished content ready for timely posting without supervision.
- Execute daily posting schedules on Instagram and other platforms according to the content calendar.
- Manage social interactions by responding to comments and direct messages promptly across all channels.
- Proactively foster community engagement through active replies, reactions, and brand representation.
- Track daily social media metrics to identify successful content and areas needing attention.
- Maintain an updated and visually cohesive Instagram feed including stories and highlight sections in alignment with brand identity.
- Develop and oversee a monthly content calendar encompassing reels, stories, static posts, and advertisements.
- Plan upcoming content weekly by crafting themes, hooks, scripts, and formats in advance.
- Consistently brainstorm innovative content ideas, ensuring a surplus of creative concepts ready for production.
- Produce video content tailored specifically for Meta Ads with user-generated content styles, informative tidbits, and lifestyle presentations.

Additional Requirements
- Comfortable appearing confidently on camera and filming oneself.
- Possess a smartphone with a high-quality camera and a personal laptop.
- Previous experience filming personal video content is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 12,000.
- Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, informal dress code, complimentary snacks and beverages, and a potential job offer.
- Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, an annual salary between INR 200,000 and 240,000 is anticipated.
